Our Policy
As a small independent brand, we work directly with our manufacturing partners to bring you the best quality at fair prices. Due to the nature of our operations, we are unable to offer free returns or free size exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@zunoleggings.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong Size
We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, email us at support@zunoleggings.com before purchasing and we will help you choose the right size.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have already been sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@zunoleggings.com if you need to cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
